Atarí Subscription Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in an Atarí subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure consistency, fairness, and uninterrupted delivery of your ritual essentials.

Please review carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Enrollment & Authorization

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize Atarí to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, etc.).

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Minimum Billing Commitment

All Atarí subscriptions require a minimum of one (1) full billing cycle before cancellation is permitted.

By enrolling, you agree to complete at least one successfully processed recurring charge beyond your initial order (if applicable). Cancellation requests submitted before the first billing cycle has processed will not be honored.

This minimum commitment allows us to allocate inventory, plan small-batch production, and offer preferred subscription pricing.

3. 48-Hour Advance Cancellation Requirement

To cancel your subscription, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

If a cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before renewal, your subscription will be canceled before the next charge processes.

If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of your renewal date, the upcoming charge will process as scheduled, and cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

We are unable to stop, reverse, or refund subscription orders that have already entered billing or processing.

4. No Retroactive Cancellations or Refunds

Once a subscription renewal charge has been processed, it is final.

We do not offer:

  • Retroactive cancellations

  • Refunds for processed subscription renewals

  • Refunds for orders already in fulfillment or shipped

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription prior to the 48-hour cutoff window.

5. Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers may manage their subscription at any time through their secure customer account portal:

Through the subscription portal, you may:

  • Update billing information

  • Update your shipping address

  • Pause an upcoming shipment

  • Modify product selections (if applicable)

  • Cancel your subscription (after the minimum billing requirement has been fulfilled)

All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date.

Failure to update billing information before renewal may result in delayed shipments but does not void the subscription agreement or billing obligation.

Login or access issues do not qualify for retroactive refunds once a charge has processed. Customers must contact us prior to renewal if assistance is needed.

6. Shipping & Processing

Subscription orders are processed automatically on your renewal date and follow our standard fulfillment timeline.

Once an order enters fulfillment:

  • It cannot be edited

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be rerouted

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

7. Returns & Final Sale Policy

Due to the fragranced and personal-use nature of our incense products, subscription incense orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

If a subscription includes marble burners or accessories, those items remain subject to our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.

8. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

  • You will be notified to update your payment details

  • We may attempt to process the payment again

  • If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled at our discretion

Repeated failed payment attempts may result in removal from the subscription program.

9. Subscription Pricing & Program Modifications

Subscription pricing reflects a preferred rate offered in exchange for recurring commitment.

Atarí reserves the right to:

  • Adjust subscription pricing with advance notice

  • Modify available subscription products

  • Suspend or discontinue the subscription program at any time

Any changes will not affect orders already processed

10. Policy Acknowledgment

By enrolling in an Atarí subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Subscription Terms & Conditions.

Subscriptions are designed to bring continuity and ease to your ritual. We encourage subscribers to manage their accounts proactively to avoid unintended renewals.
