Refund policy

At Atarí, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. To ensure transparency, all returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Return
  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for return.
Condition of Returned Items
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all components and inserts included.
  • Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may not be accepted for return or refund.

Perfumed Bakhoor- Incense; Final Sale

Due to the nature of incense and fragrance-based products, all incense sales are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges once shipped.

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and quality standards for all customers.

Return Authorization Process
  • To start a return, please log into your account here. Once you're logged in, you can submit your return request directly through your profile.
  • After submitting the request, email a photo of the item(s) to hello@theatari.shop for approval.
  • Returns not submitted through the portal or without photo confirmation may be declined.
Shipping & Return Label Fees
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For domestic orders (United States):
    • A prepaid return label will be provided for convenience.
    • The cost of the return label, along with a 10% restocking and handling fee, will be deducted from the total refund or store credit issued.
  • For international orders:
    • Atarí does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
    • Customers are fully responsible for coordinating and covering the cost of their return shipment.
    • We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Restocking & Processing Fees
  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee per order to cover return processing, inspection, and inventory management.
Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items are received, inspected, and approved.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing upon receipt.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Marble Variation Notice
  • Each marble burner is crafted from 100% natural stone. Variations in color, veining, pattern, and natural markings are inherent to the stone and reflect its natural beauty. These characteristics are not considered defects or grounds for return.
  • Exchanges are not guaranteed, and Atarí cannot accommodate requests for specific marble characteristics such as veining, pattern, or color variations.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria may not be accepted or refunded.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and customized products may be final sale unless otherwise specified.
Customer Responsibility for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging and securing all return shipments.
  • Atarí is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged returns in transit.
  • Use of a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended for all return shipments.
