Below are Atarí’s U.S. shipping options. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location, order volume, and seasonal demand.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. For expedited delivery, Priority Shipping options are available at checkout.

• Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Free Standard Shipping (orders over $200): 5–7 business days
• Next Day Shipping: Weekday delivery only

Shipping timelines begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Pre-Orders & Fulfillment

Items marked as pre-order are produced in limited batches and require additional processing time prior to shipment. Estimated shipping windows for pre-order items are listed on the product page and may vary slightly.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are in stock.

We do not split shipments.

This ensures careful handling, reduced environmental impact, and consistency in delivery. We kindly recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Worldwide Shipping

Atarí ships internationally. All additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

While we make every effort to minimize costs when possible, customs processing and local carrier delays are outside of our control and may impact delivery timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We encourage all customers to review our Return Policy prior to placing an order.

Due to the nature of incense and fragrance-based products, all incense sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges once shipped.

For non-incense items, return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are outlined in our Return Policy page. Orders that do not meet return requirements will not be accepted.

Natural Marble Variations & Transit Care

Atarí marble burners are crafted from natural stone, making each piece truly one of a kind. Variations in color, veining, tone, and pattern are inherent characteristics of marble and are not considered defects.

All orders are fully insured during transit and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We kindly recommend that customers record a brief video while opening their package to document the condition of the item upon arrival. This helps us promptly assist in the rare event of shipping damage.

Please note that natural marble variations do not qualify as grounds for returns or exchanges.
