After the burner has cooled completely, remove any leftover ash or incense residue. You can wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.

Yes! Always use tongs when handling hot coals, keep the burner on a heat-resistant surface, and ensure your space is well-ventilated while burning incense. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Please note that all sales of used burners and incense are final. We do not accept returns on these items once they have been used. If the product is unused and within the return window, please contact our customer service for assistance.

If your burner arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

To maintain the quality of your incense, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use an airtight container to keep it fresh and prevent moisture absorption.
