For optimal performance, we recommend using premium bakhoor, wood chips, and natural resin-based incense specifically intended for charcoal burning. To help preserve the integrity of your burner, we also suggest using Atarí liners with each burn. The liners protect the marble surface from direct heat and residue, ensuring both longevity and a refined burning experience. As always, please refer to the provided instructions for safe and proper use.

After each use, allow your burner to cool completely before handling. Gently remove any remaining ash or debris using a soft cloth or brush. You may use a lightly damp cloth to wipe the surface, but ensure the burner is completely dry before its next use. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the natural marble. Regular use of Atarí liners will also help reduce buildup and simplify cleaning while preserving the beauty of your burner.

Each Atarí marble burner is crafted from 100% natural stone, making every piece entirely unique. Variations in color, veining, pattern, and natural markings are inherent to the stone and part of its beauty. These natural characteristics are not considered defects but rather a reflection of the individuality of each piece. No two burners will ever be exactly alike, making your burner truly one-of-a-kind.

Please note that all sales are final on used burners and incense. For health, safety, and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been used, opened, or tampered with. Each Atarí piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare event your burner arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theatari.shop with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will gladly review your case and assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

To preserve the quality and fragrance of your incense, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and moisture. Always keep the lid securely closed on the tin container when not in use to prevent exposure to air or humidity, which may affect the product over time. Proper storage helps maintain the integrity of the incense and prevents any potential moisture-related issues

All orders are processed with care and attention to detail. Standard processing typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
